A film with good content is assured of long run and films with poor content may get collections initially but will lose the steam quickly. Three of this year�s hits fall in the second category! Businessman and Racha turned out to be big hits commercially and Poola Rangadu also was a good money spinner at the box office.
None of these films stood firm until the fifty day run. Racha is currently into its fifth week and the slump in collections is clearly evident. There is one film that was a good hit at the box office, which is having a brilliant run. That is none other than Nitin�s Ishq, which is currently running in five theaters in Nizam alone. This film is into eleventh week and it is still getting share in Hyderabad.
Even though this film was released in limited screens, in this age of piracy, Ishq holding its ground for such a long period is excellent. When all the above films are flashy hits, this is one real hit with solid content and superb music. Congrats team Ishq!
